Terms and privacy
Edition 2 · 9 September 2026 · New South Wales, Australia. Plain words on purpose. Members accept these inside æntenna, and again whenever a new edition is published. The full long-form terms — “æ — Terms of the Gift” — sit inside æntenna's Terms & Conditions and govern; this page says what they mean.
What æ is
æ is offered by Malcolm Hedley Cohan as his contention: quantum force, received from the worlds listed in æntenna and directed into endeavours through units of æ. That contention is his belief and his art. It is not science, not a statement of fact, and not a promise that anything will happen. Nothing about æ is medical, psychological, financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
æ is not money, and is never for sale
æ is worth no money. It is given, never sold. It is not currency, not a payment method, not a security or financial product, not an investment, and not a claim on anything or anyone. It carries no right, share, interest, return or entitlement of any kind. Never take, hold or brand æ expecting profit or value.
There is no market for æ. We will never make one, and we take no responsibility for any price, listing or valuation anyone else invents for it.
æ cannot be bought, sold, listed, traded, swapped, lent, staked, used as security, redeemed or exchanged for anything. Offering æ for sale, or trying to, ends your licence at once and the unit is burned — without notice and without compensation. Do not tell anyone that æ has, or may come to have, a value.
A note on the technology. A unit of æ is recorded on the Solana blockchain as a compressed non-fungible token (an NFT), and a coin of æ as a Solana token. Those are technical containers only. They change nothing here: æ is worth no money, is licensed and never sold, and nothing about the standard used to record it makes æ money, a financial product, an investment, or a thing that may be traded.
Who owns a unit
Every unit and coin of æ remains the property of Malcolm Hedley Cohan at all times. When one reaches you, you hold it under a personal, revocable licence to carry it, brand it, add to its record and pass it on. You own nothing: not the unit, not its name, not its picture, not its record.
Your wallet may list you as the owner on the blockchain. That is how the chain works, and it does not change the position between us, which is set here, by agreement.
What the administrator may do
At any time, at his discretion, without notice, and without compensation or liability, the administrator may: hide, redact or remove any entry; freeze, void, rename or burn any unit or coin in any wallet, including yours; end your licence; stop your daily coin; silence, suspend or expel you; and change, pause or permanently end æ, any endeavour, or the whole network. Burning destroys a unit for good.
Because æ is worth no money, nothing is owed to you for any of this, and you agree to make no claim for it. Every action is recorded with a reason, and you may ask for it to be reconsidered by email; that decision is final.
Your wallet is yours alone
You need your own Solana wallet, such as Phantom. Its keys are yours: we never see them, never hold them, and can never recover them or reverse a transaction. We are not a wallet, a custodian, an exchange, a broker or a financial service.
Losing your keys or your recovery phrase means losing your æ, and we cannot help. Nobody from æntenna will ever ask you for your seed phrase or private key — anyone who does is trying to rob you. You accept the risks of wallets, scams, phishing, counterfeit æ pages, mistaken addresses, and the failure, congestion, exploit or discontinuation of Solana, Phantom, or any other service we or you rely on.
The blockchain is public and permanent
Which wallet holds which unit, and every hand-over, are written to a public blockchain that nobody controls and nothing can erase — not us, not you. Anyone, anywhere, can read it, for as long as the chain exists. A wallet address is pseudonymous, not anonymous: if yours is ever tied to your name, that whole history can be tied to you. Deleting your æntenna account removes the link between you and your wallet in our records; it cannot unwrite the chain.
The fee
Passing a unit on carries a network fee, currently US 65¢ in SOL from your own wallet, signed by you in your own wallet, outside the æntenna app. It contributes to running the network. It does not buy æ and it buys you nothing. Whoever receives a unit pays nothing, ever. Fees are not refundable and the amount may change; the send page shows it before you sign. Network gas is set by the blockchain, not by us. æntenna sells no æ, no SOL, and nothing else connected with æ.
The daily coin
One coin of æ reaches you each day while you take part. It is a gift, not an entitlement, and it may be paused, reduced or stopped at any time, for you or for everyone. If you pass nothing on for 50 days it pauses until you next send. You may pause it, or leave, at any time from inside æntenna.
Branding
Branding spends one coin and mints one named unit in its place, and it locks: the name, picture and statement cannot be changed by you afterwards. Whatever you brand or upload must be yours to give and must infringe nobody's rights. Everything you put into æ — names, statements, words, pictures, video, audio — is a Contribution under section 5 of æntenna's Terms & Conditions, which applies here in full, including the assignment of intellectual property. Branding does not make the unit yours.
The record
The record is for building. Do not post anything defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, deceptive or unlawful; anything that attacks or demeans a person; anything that works against the endeavour a unit carries; anything promoting an investment or a financial product; and never an offer to buy or sell æ, or a claim that æ has a value. Honest reports of difficulty are welcome; attacks on people are not.
Only the person carrying a unit may write to its record, and only while they carry it. Nobody may edit anyone else's entry.
Every entry is that person's own statement, never ours. We do not check them all and we do not stand behind them. By posting you allow us to hide, redact or remove your entry, to review it by automated means including artificial intelligence and the transcription of video and audio, and to act against your membership or your units if you break these rules.
If you see something wrong, tell us first at hedley@interdimensional.life and give us a chance to act. We review every report and act within 24 hours where we agree.
Endeavours
An endeavour is a name and an intention. It is not a charity, a fund, a donation or an appeal. No money is collected, held or sent anywhere for it, and nobody named in one endorses it unless we say so.
Who may take part
You are 18 or older, you have legal capacity, you act for yourself, you are not named on any sanctions list and not in a sanctioned country, and taking part is lawful where you are. You will not use æ to move or transmit value, to launder money, to evade tax or sanctions, or for anything unlawful.
What we store, and why
- Wallet addresses of members, and which æntenna account each belongs to, so the app can show you your æ.
- The record: every hand-over, and the words, pictures, videos and audio members add. Media is stored in our provider's storage and served to signed-in members.
- Your signed consents: the edition you agreed to, your signature, and when — so we can show that you agreed.
- Ledger and moderation records: fees, costs, reports, reviews and administrator actions.
- We never store your private key, seed phrase or recovery phrase, and we do not store your name, email or phone here; æntenna's own privacy policy covers your æntenna account.
The blockchain is public by nature: which wallet holds which unit, and each hand-over, are visible to anyone, permanently. We do not sell or share your information. We use Cloudflare, Supabase, Helius and Metaplex to run the service, each processing only what is needed to do so. Your wallet application is a separate product we neither operate nor control. You may ask us to delete your record entries and your account link by email; hand-overs already written to the chain cannot be unwritten.
As it is
æ, æntenna, the record and the network are provided as they are, with no promise that they will work, stay available, stay accurate, or be kept. Keep your own copy of anything you care about.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of any kind arising from æ — including its revocation, freezing, burning or discontinuation, anything another member writes, and anything to do with wallets, keys, scams or the blockchain. You indemnify us against any claim, cost or legal expense arising from your part in æ, from anything you post, or from any breach of these rules by you. Any claim you have must be brought within 12 months.
Nothing here takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded. Every limit above applies only as far as the law allows. Anything unenforceable is read down, or severed, and the rest stands.
Separate from anything you pay for
æ is free and optional. Holding æ unlocks no æntenna feature, subscription or content, and no payment to æntenna buys or increases any æ.
